At The Antiquarium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique home treasures. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage the item in its original protective materials to ensure it is not damaged during its journey back to our gallery.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the crate or box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
